E-mail Marketing Setup and Book Promo E-mail Announcement

We will setup/configure your email marketing account, import your email contacts (which you will provide to us in a spreadsheet), and craft/design/send one announcement about your book to your email list.

Unless you're planning to send the personalized emails one by one with personalized messages (which is ideal), we recommend setting up the email for distribution in an email marketing service provider like www.Mailchimp.com. We recommend importing as many of your email contacts as possible. (Just make sure the contacts you import are people who know you and won’t be likely to mark your emails as “spam,” and make sure there aren't a bunch of inoperable/bounced email addresses in your list.)

Alternatively, you can do mail merges via Gmail like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mpdF5PFkNN0. But you'd need to include some way for people to opt out if you'll be sending them multiple emails this way.
